SCOPE & PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
It is an extremely exciting time in our industry where we are facing unprecedented change in consumer expectations, marketplace dynamics, and the way we conduct business. No longer is Search Engine Marketing only used to generate sales, instead it is used for achieving brand awareness targets too. In order to drive our business forward we are looking for an ambitious individual to assist our expanding search team.
We are seeking the very best, up and coming digital experts to join the Reprise Media team in London. A high level of organizational skills combined with a solid knowledge of search engine marketing and analytic skills is required to succeed in the advertised job.
Your role will be to develop search engine marketing campaigns that are integrated into the overall marketing communications activity for our clients. Key will be to focus on the strategy development, execution and optimisation of our client’s digital marketing activities, in collaboration with the agency team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial (40%)
• Develop comprehensive search marketing strategies tailored to specific clients and campaigns
• Explore and implement new search engine technologies and products, and provide recommendations on media partners, relevant products and tracking/analytics solutions
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through strategic and tactical campaign management, with detailed attention to profitability and client success
• Maintain a sound understanding of client and agency opportunity costs and growth opportunities
• Support external Business Development and Marketing initiatives such as sales pitches, case studies, corporate SearchViews blog, etc.
Capability (60%)
• Project manage internal campaign execution with detailed attention to timelines and quality of client deliverables
• Manage all SEM tactics such as campaign architecture, keyword development, ad copy writing, tracking/analytics, QA, testing and optimization
• Track and manage budget spending and campaign performance for client roster on a daily basis
• Generate, assemble and analyze client-facing reports, including traffic, goal, and budget tracking
• Interpret weekly reports, with specific insight to refinement of campaign strategies
• Collaborate with senior team members to foster clear, frequent communication between agency and client
• regarding search engine marketing campaign strategy, goals, and performance
• Contribute to client presentations and meetings when necessary
• Assist in establishing processes and enhancing communications within client account teams
• Assist in proprietary product and tool development and platform enhancements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all search engine and technology vendor team
• Interface as primary point of contact with Reprise Media clients
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Solid experience working in Search Engine Marketing
• Strong working understanding of the Search Engine Marketing industry including major players and supporting technologies
• Proven ability to represent company philosophies and expertise in client-facing situations
• Desire to collaborate with internal teams and departments with ability to complete tasks and projects independently as well
• Extensive knowledge of, or experience with, tracking, bid management and analytics technologies such as Atlas, DART, Google Analytics, Webtrends, Omniture etc.
• Process-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time. Time management skills are critical
• Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics to clients and peers
• Firm grasp of how to test marketing tactics and achieve performance metrics
• Strong verbal, presentation, and writing skills
• Excellent quantitative analysis skills
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
